Call (480) 581-9340 or submit the one intake form. Tell us who needs care, what is going on medically, and how soon. If you want to tour communities, check that box — it is the same form, not a second process.

Learn your needs
We listen for the medical, social, and financial picture: mobility, memory, night-time needs, budget band, who holds power of attorney, and which Valley city actually works for family visits.

Research and tour
We research local options and typically recommend touring 3 to 5 communities that match. A Valor Senior Care advisor can accompany you so you are not walking hallways alone or decoding a sales pitch in the parking lot.

Choose your community
You decide. We help you compare contracts, move-in timing, and what “all-in” will feel like month to month. No pressure to pick from our list.

Ongoing support
Placement is not a handoff into silence. We remain a call if the first weeks are rocky or needs change. Still free for the family.
Free for families. Paid by communities.
Valor Senior Care does not charge families a placement fee. We are compensated by the senior living communities we recommend — the same model as many local placement agencies, said in plain language. That is why you will not see a $150 consultation or $250 referral on this site. If a community is a poor fit, we will not steer you there to collect a fee.

How long does placement take?
It depends on urgency and openings, but we often help families find the right community in as little as a few days. We also plan months ahead. We move at your pace.
Are we obligated to choose a community you recommend?
No. There is no obligation. Our job is a short list and honest guidance so you can choose what feels right.
How many options will we typically see?
Usually 3 to 5 communities that already match your criteria — enough range without a binder of 20 tours.
How do you choose which communities to recommend?
We vet state licensing, care quality, resident feedback, and cost transparency. We only recommend places we would trust for our own families.
Do you come on tours?
Yes. We accompany families on tours when you want a second set of eyes — that is part of the work, not an upsell.
