What we collect

When you call, email, or submit our intake form we collect name, phone, email, who needs care, care type, budget band, urgency, whether you are looking in Arizona, POA status, tour preference, optional notes, and SMS opt-in if you check that box. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or Medicare numbers on this website.

Why we collect it

To return your inquiry, match communities to needs and budget, schedule tours, and (only if you opted in) send text messages about your inquiry, appointment, or account. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who sees it

Valor Senior Care advisors. The website form is processed by FormSubmit, which emails us the contents at info@valorseniorcare.com. Communities we recommend receive only what is needed to check availability or book a tour you asked for — not a license to add you to their marketing lists on our behalf.

Texts

SMS is optional. Consent is the unchecked box on the form, or a clear request by text/phone. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Details: SMS terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to help your family and for ordinary business/legal needs, then delete or de-identify them. Email info@valorseniorcare.com to access, correct, or delete information, subject to applicable law (including Arizona and, if it applies to you, other U.S. state privacy laws). We are not a covered health care provider under HIPAA; please do not send medical records to the public form if you can avoid it — we will tell you a better channel if records are required.
